In 2019 CVCA released a human capital benchmark report that provided a snapshot of the state of diversity and inclusion within the Canadian private capital industry. The report established baseline data for D&I in the industry to measure the sector’s progress over time. In 2021, CVCA conducted a follow-up survey in collaboration with Diversio, and to support the release of the updated benchmark report, join D&I leaders at CVCA with representatives from Diversio for this discussion.
