Saloua Benkhouya, Vice-President, Private Equity and Impact Investments

Saloua holds an MBA and a B.Sc in Mathematics from McGill University. Saloua completed executive programs in Fintech and Artificial Intelligence at MIT and Harvard. She began her career internationally, notably as Vice-President, Investment Banking and Global Markets at HSBC, before joining SNC Lavalin as Senior Director, Structured Finance and Infrastructure Projects. In 2012, she joined Royal Bank of Canada, she worked in Capital Markets in Toronto and New York, before joining the commercial bank in 2016, where she held various management positions of increasing responsibility.
Member of the Governor General's Canadian Leadership Conference 2022, and winner of the rising star awards from Women in Finance in Quebec, Saloua was recently appointed to the the Infrastructure and Finance Committee of McGill’s Board of Governors. She also sits on several boards, including the Association of Québec Women in Finance (AFFQ), Robotique First Quebec and Montrusco Bolton Investments. Mother of three young children, an EDI champion and a mentor, Saloua has been involved in women's leadership development for many years. She’s also an investor in female owned businesses.

Robin Kooyman
Robin is an accomplished executive with over 15 years of finance experience. Most recently she was Chief Financial Officer at Certarus, a rapidly growing North American distributor of low carbon fuels including CNG, RNG and Hydrogen. Certarus was recently acquired by Superior Plus for over $1 billion. Prior to that, Robin served as the Senior Vice President, Investor Relations, with Brookfield Asset Management for their Renewable Power and Transition business and held senior roles with BC Capital Markets and TD Securities. She received her Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Victoria and obtained her MBA at the London Business School. Robin is also a CFA Charterholder and earned a certificate in ESG investing from the CFA Institute.

Jessica Green
Jessica Green (Karalash) is an entrepreneur and investor focused on early-stage and growth companies, social impact and diversity. Following a Bachelor of Commerce in finance and marketing and working in investor relations, she started an investor relations consulting firm in mining, oil and gas and tech, Invest Connex, and an online personal styling company, KurateStyle. Jessica co-launched and chaired the Vinetta Project in Vancouver, a woman-founded organization hosting women pitch events and connecting women funders and founders in the US and Canada. She is an investor in The51, Funds I and II, and co-Chair for the Forum Gala. She has most recently been building The Angel Collective, a group of women accredited angel investors who share dealflow and whose main goal is activating women-led capital by increasing the number of women on the cap table.
