Ms. McVicar is a Partner at CAI Capital Partners, a private equity firm she joined in 2002. Prior to this role, she held senior positions in investment banking at Raymond James Ltd. and RBC Capital Markets. She is currently a director of Element Fleet Management Corp. (TSX-EFN). Ms. McVicar is past director of Teck Resources Ltd. and BC Hydro Corporation. Ms. McVicar is also Chair and/or a director of a number of CAI portfolio companies. She is a graduate of the UBC Sauder School of Business (B.Comm. (Finance), Leslie Wong Fellow) and holds a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation and the Institute of Corporate Directors Designation (ICD.D). She is active in the community, currently serving as chair of the TELUS Community Foundation (Vancouver and Coastal), director of the Fraser Institute and The Forum, and member of the UBC Sauder Business School Faculty Advisory Board.
