Karen Stewart, B.Sc., MBA, C.Med, ICD.D is a serial entrepreneur, venture capitalist, and corporate director with over 30 years of experience founding, scaling, and exiting companies across financial services, real estate, insurance, energy, and franchising.

She is best known for her work in high-stakes decision-making—helping founders, CEOs, and leadership teams cut through complexity, move faster, and avoid costly mistakes when the pressure is real and the stakes are high.

Karen has built and led multiple multimillion-dollar companies, including Fairway Divorce Solutions, Canada’s first national alternative to traditional divorce litigation, and Milestone Asset Management, where she was among the first women in Canada to own and operate an IDA dealer, overseeing more than $250 million in assets. She co-founded Bumble Bees Venture Capital with the objective of putting wealth in the hands of women to help make the world a better place. Today, she continues to invest in and advise growth-stage companies, while serving on corporate and voluntary boards including her appointment by the Gov’t of Saskatchewan to the Board of Governors of USASK.

She is the founder of The Decision Advantage Growth Lab™, a high-performance cohort for founders designed to sharpen judgment, strengthen execution, and drive meaningful business results in 90-day cycles.
