Carolyn Lawrence is an Impact Strategist, Founder of Clear Path to Impact and author of the forthcoming book Invisible Barriers (Page Two). She helps leadership teams identify and clear the invisible barriers to performance. She spent a decade at Deloitte, where she built a new practice in Human Capital Consulting and went on to serve on the Global People Executive team. Before that, she led and successfully exited a purpose-driven enterprise as President and CEO of Women of Influence, so she brings an owner and operator’s lens to everything she does.
